HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

To make a return, please follow the below steps: 

  • Email Luxe Boot team at returns@luxeboot.com
  • Include your order number and the shipping postcode used on your original order in the email.
CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind, you can return your item provided that the product is unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached in a resalable condition.  Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

For a change of mind return, you have within 20 days of receiving your order. You will be provided with the option to exchange the product, or receive a store credit. 

PACKAGING 

Please ensure that the item you are returning is packaged properly to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery .  

We cannot accept returns if :
  • Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged
  • Items without the original tags and packaging
  • Items marked  SALE
  • sale items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
